The country’s biggest outdoor maze is located in Ópusztaszer, just an hour’s drive from Szeged. The
3.5 km long hedge wall maze is the third largest in the world and its design is visible even from
satellites: it is modelled on the legendary Mythical Stag.
As part of the SZTE Freshmen Orientation Days 2023 we will organize a fun team building event at
the park, where you will not only be able to try the hedge labyrinth trail, Attila’s garden and the
three elements park, but you’ll be part of many other outdoor activities like rope pulling, „number
war” and other folk games.
In order to get to the venue, we will take pre-booked, private buses, so the number of participants is
limited, and registration to the event is absolutely mandatory.
Dress code: we recommend an outfit that is suitable for outdoor activities, comfortable shoes (if
possible waterproof), layering and a waterproof jacket. Please make sure to have a bottle of water
with you, since catering possibilities at the park are limited (although they do have a small buffet).
